My go to look makeup

I change up the make up I use as my go to everyonce in a while. Right now I'm using the @RimmelLondonUS #staymatteswitch foundation that I got from @influenster in the #univoxbox.   I do put a Bobbi Brown foundation on top of that.  My blush is a YSL and so is my lip stick. I'll update with the actual color names when I am with my makeup. This creates my everyday work look!

These tampons helped me go the distance by actually doing its job (what a concept).  I tried this product for the first time and went to help a friend move! Who would have guessed that I have nothing to show for it! No spotting! No nothing! I am very very happy with how this product preformed!

NYC's Expert Last lip color in Forever Fuchia

 I would have never picked this vibrant pink out for myself but what a fun color! This isn't something I would probably wear to work but hey I am starting a new job in a week so we will see if it is totally out there.  (I don't want to stick out like a sore thumb, but I also don't mind being different. Just have to have a happy medium.) However this will be one of my go to lip sticks for the spring and summer on the weekends! I wouldn't have ever thought that this color would look good on my but I was pleasantly surprised.  I think that it will look even better once I get a bit of a tan!

I received a tube of NYC's Expert Last lip color in Forever Fushia complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes.  I would have never picked this vibrant pink out for myself but what a fun color! Tone® Petal Soft body wash Review

I received my bottle of Tone® Petal Soft body wash for free from bzzagent.  I am always really excited to try new body and beauty products.  (Who am I kidding, I always like trying new products in general). Well this body wash did not let me down.  I have really enjoyed the smell.  My boyfriend even complemented me on the smell (SO thanks bzzagent lol).  This is probably not the scent I would have picked out for myself but the Pink Peony and Rose was a pretty nice change of pace.  I will buy this product in the future but I will try a different scent.  Im thinking the next one I try will be the ocean therapy with deep sea extracts and pearl essence!

Broadway Nails imPRESS Press-on Manicure

I have had two different experiences with these nails. 

 The first time I tried them I got them for free and they did not last.  I put them on and waited about an hour before I did some dishes and a few acted like they wanted to be loose.  It wasn't until the next day in the shower that they started falling off.

I saw that I was due to get another pair for free through the #univoxbox from influenster.  My box was taking a seemingly longer time then other influenster's so I decided I would give the other free pair I had a try (after the first time I had saved this round bc I wasn't happy with them so I really had no reason to try again). Well so far I am glad that I gave them another chance.  I put this pair on yesterday before bed and it had almost been a whole day, several times washing my hands, 1 shower, and hand washing dishes, and they are still on.

Update! They lasted 4 days.  This is not the time period that they say they will last but hey I will take those 4 days and be okay with that.  I am the kind of person that once my nails chip or one comes off I have to redo them so really only one came off on its own after 4 days but I had no intention of walking around missing a nail.

The pair that I got from influenster were pretty cute.(picture below).  I have seen people post some really cute designs that they got in their univoxbox and I was really hoping I would get an adorable design.  Oh well the ones I got will be work appropriate!

Colgate Optic White From Influenster REVIEW

Okay confession time first.... I USUALLY hate to whiten my teeth.  Every kind of whitening strip I have tried has made my teeth hurt for days.  However thankfully, this does not hurt. I reiterate I have sensitive teeth and this doesn't hurt me at all.  I can also tell a difference in the whiteness of my teeth.

I really don't see a down side to trying this. Its like $12.99 but because its brand new there are several coupons out there to help bring it down.  I have recently seen a $3 coupon and a $1 target coupon which can be combined making that a $4 savings!

This is what it looks like opened up and taken apart!  All you do is twist the bottom silver part once or twice to bring up the whitening gel.  I love that you can go on about your day after using it with no nasty taste or having to go back, take off strips, re-brush your teeth, OH and then the PAIN that people with Sensitive teeth get. YAH good thing there is none of that with the Colgate Optic White toothbrush+ whitening pen!!

Burt's Bees hand salve review

I have had this product for over a year.  It is a little bitty container and it has lasted me a really long time.  I got it in a gift set during christmas time because I wanted to try some of the Burts bees different products.  Well this one I keep in my purse and I love it.  I think a big part of why this has lasted me is because I rub the container over my hands instead of digging some out.  I mostly just use this on my cuticles and the pads of my hands.  The only down side to this product is that it is really greasy.

Fiber One® Protein Cranberry Almond Cereal from bzzagent review

I got my box of Fiber One® Protein Cranberry Almond Cereal from bzzagent for free.  I have tried it with milk and it is ok as a breakfast cereal.  HOWEVER my favorite thing to do is add it to my yogurt or even snack on it dry.  Something about the mild makes this overly fiber-y to me.  It changes the texture and isn't something I love.  In my yogurt it stays crunchy and is really good.

AmLactin alpha-hydroxy therapy body lotion review-C

This stuff might work but the smell is awful! I received a sample of it but I would never spend money on it because it literally stinks.

Amlactin ultra hydrating body creme review-C

This is good but if you mind the smell then it is only decent. The smell was not favorable at all. I wouldn't recommend putting this on before you go out into the world. I will only use it before bed.

Vaseline total moisture cocoa radiant review-B

This lotion is a little slimy to me. However the scent is nice and not too overwhelming for my taste. Its not may favorite but I don't hate it either. It would do the job just fine. 

Bath and body works sweet cinnamon pumpkin scrub review- A

I cant even explain how much I love this.  I actually cut the bottle open and scrapped out every last drop! This doesn't burn even when using right after shaving your legs.   It does however make for a very slippery bath tub.  It is very oily but I personally really like that about this product.  Im not even sure if they still sell it because I got it during one of the semiannual sales for dirt cheap! I give this product an A!!!

Udderly smooth review- B

This stuff has a very interesting smell and when you rub it in it has a different kind of texture then most lotions. It doesn't look watery but when you rub it in it sort of feels like it should look watery which is strange but not a deal breaker. The only reason I give this a B is because I don't particularly care for smell. This stuff is def good for the price, heck you can even find the 2oz bottles at the dollar tree.

Hydroxycut lean protein shake in French vanilla- A

 First sip...great!!!  I used the $5 off any Hydroxycut coupon that was out this month to get a 4 pack of these shakes for free.  I will be buying these again (with or without a coupon WHICH is HUGE for me)  This was so enjoyable.  I have found that a lot of the meal replacement shakes I have tried are very poor tasting and/or very gritty.  This was smooth and delicious. I loved this flavor i might even give the chocolate flavor a try! A from me

Gold Bond Ultimate Healing lotion Review - A

This is one of those few lotions that doesn't have scent to me.  Even unscented lotions have some kind of unappealing smell to me (maybe Im crazy and alone on that one).  This lotion is very hydrating without being greasy. I don't normally buy this because it is pricy for the amount that you are getting but it is somethiing I can even get my boyfriend to use since there is basically no smell.  I did use a coupon to get this for free because it didn't have size restrictions.  I would give this an A and say that I will be getting more of them if I have another coupon without size restrictions!

Burt's Bee's Milk and Honey Body lotion review- A

I would give this product an A.  As you can see I have the 1oz size which I got at Walgreens in the clearance section.  I actually had a coupon that allowed me to get 4 of these with the clearance price.  I ended up only paying for tax on the 4 with the clearance and coupon (I got super lucky).  Anyway onto the review.  I like my lotions to have a medium thickness.  I cant stand lotion that literally runs off your hand but I also want to be able to spread it evenly without a hassle (maybe Im the pain haha).  I really like the thickness of this one.  There is a mild scent but is is very pleasant and clean.  I like how soft it makes my skin without the greasy texture of some lotions.  This has my recommendation!

Cucumber aloe mask

There were two different kinds of masks in the stocking section of Walgreens.  They were originally $1 but I got them after Christmas so they were only $0.50 a piece.  These would be great stocking stuffers.  I have never used a mask like this one.  There was a material mask with cut outs for your eyes, nose, and mouth which was pretty cool if you ask me.  It made for a really easy clean up

The cucumber aloe is a calming mask.  Im not really sure if it calmed me but it felt really nice and didn't stink which is always nice lol.

The green tea aloe mask was definitely refreshing and the smell was amazing! 

I will be putting these in stockings next year too and then stocking up after Christmas for myself! Definitely worth the $.50    

Disney fairies wild berry bubble bath for $1 at Walgreens

I found this bubble bath in the stocking stuffer section at Walgreens.  I got two of them for $1 a piece.  I am a child at heart in a lot of ways and I just couldn't pass these up.  I got this Fairies one with tinker bell and her sister (I cant remember the sisters name and I should take the time to look but right now I don't really feel like it). The other one has three princess on it and is a different scent but I haven't used it yet.  The first bath I drew and used this I probably didn't use enough because I wasn't really satisfied with the amount of bubbles it produced (granted when I was a kid I had so many bubbles in the tub that I could form bubble tunnels in the bath tub).  The second time I had plenty to satisfy.  With my bubble loving I would recommend using this for 2 baths.  I really liked the smell of it too.  It wasn't overwelming while in the bath, in fact I don't really remember really smelling it, however when I got out I could smell it on me which wasn't bad at all.  I will get more of these next year at christmas time to put in peoples stockings and of course to treat myself!

Airborne Gummies from smiley360

 I was so excited to get my package from smiley360 with the airborne gummies.  I honestly wasn't expecting to like them since I have tried several brands of gummy vitamin type things and haven't love a one of them.  These however I could eat like candy! They are really stinking good. There are three flavors (orange, mixed berry, and grapefruit).  My favorite is grapefruit but the others aren't far behind. These gummies are thick and full of flavor.  These are covered with a sugar coating that I was afraid was going to be thick and gritty but it wasn't.  The sugar went away fast and was actually really pleasant.  I would recommend these to anyone that is trying to find a vitamin C product that they will enjoy instead of having to plug your nose to drink something thats not very good.  I WILL be buying these in the future.
